What a fantastic experience. They had a driver deliver the vehicle to my hotel, on time exactly as promised. He took the time to explain how to properly operate the EV and which was perfect since I’ve never driven a Tesla before. It does take a little getting used to and I made a short list of software improvements which I’ll be sure to share with Elon… They also let me leave the vehicle at the airport parking lot which made life so much easier. Robile literally saved our trip. We were not have a fun time until we got moving and this was exactly what we needed. I wish they were everywhere and all businesses operated as efficiently. I’m looking forward to coming back to MTL again just so I can use Robile again, it was that much fun!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental company. The price was as good, if not better, than renting an suv or minivan (we needed to fit a lot of luggage, including skis and a snowboard, and the Model Y was awesome fit that!), they brought the car to our hotel, gave us a Tesla tutorial since we’ve never driven one before, and showed our kids some of the fun Toybox features. A+ customer service.

Great service! everything worked out in the best way possible. It was easy to make the reservation online with their great customer service through whatsapp. It was our first time in a Tesla and they gave us detailed instructions with lots of patience and even took us on a test drive. They gave us a better car than what we paid for and they were very prompt for picking up at the airport. Overall driving a Tesla for 3 days was the best decision we could've made. Will do it again.

We had a great experience renting with Robile. They were very communicative and everything that was agreed on prior to the day of rental is what we received. In addition, we also got stellar customer service. They were on time to deliver the car, and went over features and what to expect. The same experience on the return.

Great place to rent a car, we experienced friendly staff and a nice clean car full of handy features. Easy contact and quick response when we had questions about the reservation in advance, pickup at the airport went smooth. They took time to give a good instruction about the car and charging. Because we traveled from Europe (The Netherlands), with limited /expensive data from our cellphones, the browser function that we could use in the Tesla was very helpfull. If you do need a car and travel via Montreal, get a Tesla and get it here! This makes driving in Quebec (and New Brunswick like we did) very comfortable and easy.
